As requested by Implementing Rules of Students’ Enrollment Statusand Administration for Undergraduate International Students of Xi'an Jiaotong University, international undergraduates, starting from grade 2019(medical studentswhostarted from grade 2018), arepermitted to graduate only after they complete extra-curricular 8 credits.
During summer social practicelast year, a total of 206 practice reports were collecteddue to 261 students’ participation. The practice topics involved social investigation, epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic, vaccination publicity, volunteer service andapplication of professional knowledge, etc. After reviewing and evaluatingthe entire practice reports, 10forfirst prizes (24 students), 20forsecond prizes (27 students), 30forthird prizes (50 students), and qualified reports (144 students).Hence, the above 245 studentsobtained 2 credits of social practice.
