No.1登录离校系统（Log in the system）

通过电脑登录网址http://hello.xjtu.edu.cn,点击学生入口进入；或登录移动交通大学APP选择“迎新离校”。

You can log in to the website http://hello.xjtu.edu.cn on your computer and click on“学生入口”to enter; or log in to the Mobile Jiaotong University APP and select "迎新离校".

No.2办理离校手续（Leaving Campus Procedures）

1.留学生本人填办信息

Procedures completed by students

①选择“是否捐赠校园卡余额”。

Set "whether to donate the campus card balance". If you choose "Yes", the balance of your campus card will be donated for university construction. If you choose "No", you can refund the balance at the Campus Card Center.

②查看离校办理进度和“未办理”事项。

Check the processing progress and incompleteness.

③填写校友部信息。

Fill in the alumni department information.

2.导师确认信息（仅研究生留学生需进行此步骤）

Confirmation by Supervisor（only for international postgraduates）

导师登录离校系统，选择“教师入口”，确认相关信息。

The supervisor logs in to the leaving campus system, selects "教师入口", and confirms the relevant information.

3.国际学院老师办理手续

Procedures completed by teachers of School of International Education

国际学院相关老师办理宿舍退宿和财务缴费。

Relevant teachers of the School of International Education handle the dormitory withdrawal and financial payment..

4.系统自动同步图书借阅数据和论文审核数据

The system automatically synchronizes book borrowing data and Paper review results.

5.学位证、毕业证核发（离校办理完成）

Diploma delivery and degree issuance（The leaving campus procedures completed）

只有其他手续办理完毕后，才可进入“学位证核发”环节，各专业学院核发学位证，国际学院核发毕业证。

Only after the completion of other procedures, the international students can enter "Degree Issuances". Each school issues degree certificates, and School of International Education issues diplomas.
