一、需到校医院进行体检的学生范围
Scope of Students Required to Take Medical Examination at School Hospital
•持有X2 签证的留学生；
International students holding X2 visa;
•上一学习阶段在中国境内完成，且期间未出境重新办理入境手续的留学生。
International students who completed the previous academic stage within China and did not leave the country to re-apply for entry procedures during that period.
以上两类学生无需前往“国际旅行卫生保健中心” 办理体检，仅需参加学校校医院组织的集中体检。
The above two categories of students do not need to go to the "International Travel Healthcare Center" for medical examination, but only need to participate in the centralized medical examination organized by the school hospital.
二、各校区校医院集中体检时间及地址
Centralized Medical Examination Time and Address of School Hospital in Each Campus
（一）兴庆校区
Xingqing Campus
•体检时间：9 月 4 日 8:00 - 18:00
Time: September 4th, 8:00 - 18:00
•校医院地址：西安交通大学兴庆校区内，仲英书院以南，温泉浴室以北。可从西安交通大学校医院(东门) 进入 。
Address of School Hospital: Located within the Xingqing Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong University, south of Zhongying College and north of the Hot Spring Bath. You can enter through the East Gate of the School Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University.
（二）雁塔校区
Yanta Campus
•体检时间：9 月 5 日 8:00 - 18:00
Time: September 5th, 8:00 - 18:00
•校医院地址：西安市雁塔区雁塔西路76 号西安交通大学雁塔校区朱雀大街。具体位置为雁塔校区医学校区学生区入口处，进入该入口后，左手边第一栋楼即为校医院所在楼宇。
Address of School Hospital: No.76, Yanta West Road, Yanta District, Xi'an, at Zhuque Avenue of Yanta Campus of Xi'an Jiaotong University. The specific location is at the entrance of the student area in the medical school area of Yanta Campus. After entering this entrance, the first building on the left is the building where the school hospital is located.
（三） 创新港校区
Innovation Harbor Campus
•体检时间：9 月 4 日 8:00 - 18:00、9 月 5 日 8:00 - 18:00、9 月 6 日 9:00 - 18:00、9 月 7 日 8:00 - 18:00
Time: September 4th 8:00 - 18:00, September 5th 8:00 - 18:00, September 6th 9:00 - 18:00, September 7th 8:00 - 18:00
•校医院地址：创新港泓德楼(20 号楼) 一层 。
Address of School Hospital: On the first floor of Hongde Building (Building 20) in Innovation Harbor.
三、重要提醒
Important Reminders
•体检报告用途：体检报告是办理签证的必备文件，并且仅接受“国际旅行卫生保健中心” 或学校校医院出具的体检报告，无法提供合格体检文件者，将无法办理签证。
Purpose of Medical Examination Report: The medical examination report is a necessary document for applying for a visa. Only the medical examination report issued by the "International Travel Healthcare Center" or the school hospital is accepted. Those who cannot provide a qualified medical examination document will not be able to apply for a visa.
•体检地点：集中体检为各校区校医院所在地，补检地点为兴庆校区校医院。
Medical Examination Location: The centralized medical examination is held at the school hospital of each campus, and the supplementary examination is held at the school hospital of Xingqing Campus.
•必备材料：请务必携带学生卡，无学生卡将影响体检登记。
Necessary Materials: Please be sure to bring your student ID card; without it, the medical examination registration will be affected.
•进行肝功抽血检查前，需禁饮食4 小时（建议体检当天早晨空腹前往，或提前规划好禁食时间）。
Before taking the liver function blood test, you need to fast (no food or drink) for 4 hours (it is recommended to go on an empty stomach on the day of the medical examination or plan the fasting time in advance).
•体检费用：146.03 元，现场支持微信（WeChat Pay）或支付宝（Alipay）缴费，无需提前准备现金。关于发票事宜，请同学们现场先缴费，校医院将在学生完成体检后，给留学生们统一出一张收据。
Medical Examination Fee: 146.03 RMB, on-site payment is supported via WeChat Pay or Alipay, no need to prepare cash in advance. Regarding invoices, students are requested to pay on-site first, and the school hospital will issue a unified receipt to international students after they complete the medical examination.
•请同学们严格按照对应校区的体检时间完成集中体检，避免错过时间影响后续手续办理。特别提醒：若错过集中体检，兴庆校区和创新港校区校医院将不再提供体检安排，所有需体检的同学需自行前往兴庆校区校医院补检。兴庆校区校医院工作时间为周一至周五8:00-12:00，且补检仅可在早上进行（因需空腹抽血）。
Please complete the centralized medical examination in strict accordance with the medical examination time of the corresponding campus to avoid missing the time and affecting the follow-up procedures. Special Reminder: If you miss the centralized medical examination, the school hospitals of Xingqing Campus and Innovation Harbor Campus will no longer provide medical examination arrangements. All students who need medical examination must go to the school hospital of Xingqing Campus for supplementary examination by themselves. The working hours of the school hospital of Xingqing Campus are 8:00-12:00 from Monday to Friday, and the supplementary examination can only be conducted in the morning (because fasting blood draw is required).
