关于国际学生开通校内邮箱并更新个人信息的重要通知

全体国际学生：

为确保学校各类重要通知能够准确、及时送达，请全体国际学生务必于2026年3月13日（星期五）前完成西安交通大学校内电子邮箱开通和西安交通大学国际学生综合服务管理平台(http://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login)个人信息中“邮箱”信息更新两项工作。

一、重要说明

自本学期起，西安交通大学校内邮箱将作为学校向在校生发送各类通知的官方主要渠道。若因未在规定时间内完成邮箱开通及平台信息更新，导致未能及时接收学校重要通知，如奖学金评选、签证延期等，由此产生的一切责任由学生本人承担。

二、操作流程

1.邮箱开通：尚未开通西安交通大学校内邮箱的同学，请按以下流程申请开通：

2.信息更新：登录西安交通大学国际学生综合服务管理平台(http://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login)，将个人信息中的“邮箱”信息更新为您的西安交通大学校内邮箱。具体操作如图所示：

请同学们务必重视，并按时完成上述邮箱开通及信息更新事宜。感谢大家的配合！

Important Notice on Activating of University Email Accounts and Updating Personal Information for International Students

To All International Students,

To ensure that all important notifications from the university are delivered accurately and promptly, all international students are required to complete the following two tasks by March 13th, 2026 (Friday) :

1. Activate your Xi'an Jiaotong University campus email account.

2. Update the “Email” field in your personal information on the Xi'an Jiaotong University International Student Integrated Service Management Platform (http://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login).

I. Important Notes

Starting this semester, the Xi'an Jiaotong University campus email will serve as the official primary channel for the university to send various notifications to enrolled students. If email activation and platform information updates are not completed within the specified time, resulting in failure to receive critical notifications from the school, such as scholarship selection and visa extension, all responsibilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the student.

II. Procedure

1. Activate Your Campus Email: Students who have not yet activated their Xi’an Jiaotong University campus email should follow the procedure below:

2. Update Your Information: Log in to the Xi’an Jiaotong University International Student Integrated Service Management Platform (http://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login) and update the “Email” field in your personal information to your Xi’an Jiaotong University campus email address. For detailed steps, refer to the instructions in the diagram below.
