各位校内住宿的同学：
假期临近为保证校内住宿资源合理利用，如果你选择继续校内住宿请在合同到期前29天内（不含合同到期当日）登录系统完成续订支付。如果你计划外住，请在7月24日前办理退宿手续。相关流程如下：
一、校内宿舍续订
请自行登录系统https://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login查询自己的住宿合同到期日期。
1.免住宿费的学生
请在住宿合同到期前29天内（不含合同到期日），登录系统完成续订，续订时间请选择一年。
2.不免住宿费的学生
请在住宿合同到期前29天内（不含合同到期日），登录系统完成房间续订及住宿费支付，逾期续订将不享受续订价格（续订价格较预订价格优惠1000元）。
缴费逾期的学生请发送邮件至dorm_sie@xjtu.edu.cn咨询。
3.住宿续订办法
登录https://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login——点击“房间续订”，及时使用支付宝或微信完成支付。
二、申请校外住宿流程
登录https://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login，在“校外住宿”中提交相应材料。
辅导员审核校外住宿材料后签审《国际学生公寓退宿审批表》（附件一）
学生持《国际学生公寓退宿审批表》前往事务中心办理退宿结算。
清理、清洁房间后前往物业服务中心办理退宿手续，获取退宿验房单，完成退宿手续。
温馨提示：
1. 鉴于中国境外存在网络不稳定以及系统不兼容等客观原因，建议你在离开中国之前做好住宿续订或外住退宿相关事宜。避免给你返校入住带来不便。
2. 2026年9月新学期开学后学院将不接受校外住宿申请。

Notice on Dormitory Renewal Application and Off-Campus Accommodation Application for On-Campus Students
Dear students living on campus:
As the vacation is approaching, to ensure the rational utilization of on-campus accommodation resources, if you choose to continue your on-campus accommodation, please log in to the system to complete the renewal payment within 29 days before the contract expires (excluding the contract expiration day). If you plan to live outside of campus, please check out before July 24th. The relevant process is as follows:
I. Renewal of On-campus dormitories
Please log in to the system (https://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login) to check whether your accommodation contracts have expired or not.
1. For students whose scholarship include accommodation fees:
Please log in to the system to complete the extensionwithin 29 daysbefore the accommodation contract expires（Excluding the contract expiration date）, and chooseone yearfor the extended period.
2. For students who are not exempted from accommodation fees:
Please log in to the system to complete the extensionwithin 29 daysbefore the accommodation contract expires（Excluding the contract expiration date）,and accommodation fee payment. If you exceed the deadline, you will not be able to enjoy the Renewal price（The renewal price is 1,000 yuan cheaper than the reservation price.）.
Students who have already exceeded the deadline should send email(dorm_sie@xjtu.edu.cn) to inquire about the procedures.
3. Method for accommodation renewal
Log in to thehttps://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/loginand click on “Renew Room” to complete the contract extension and pay with Alipay or Wechat within 24 hours.
Ⅱ. Application process for off-campus accommodation
1. Log in to thehttps://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login and Submit the corresponding materials in "Off-campus Accommodation".
2.After the instructor reviews the off-campus accommodation materials, then sign the "Check-OutForm of International Student Accommodation " (Attachment 1).
3.Students should go to the affairs center with the "Check-Out Form of International Student Accommodation " to handle the check-out settlement.
4. After cleaning the room, you can go to the property service center to handle the check-out procedures.As soon as you get “退宿验房单”，you have finished all procedures.
Friendly Reminders:
1. Due to objective issues such as unstable internet connections and system incompatibility outside China, you are advised to finish all procedures related to dormitory renewal or off-campus accommodation check-out before leaving China to avoid inconveniences when you return to campus.
2. Applications for off-campus accommodation will not be accepted when September semester begins.
