C. Payment Instructions
1. You are required to pay the full amount of the accommodation fee. The reservation shall NOT be valid unless the fee is paid fully and successfully.
2. Both online payment and off-line remittance are supported. You are required to bear AliPay or WechatPay account or bank card (UnionPay, Visa or Master only). If you choose off-line remittance, please upload your remittance voucher. Our staff will complete the reviewas soon as possible.
3. The online payment should be completed within48 hours after confirming the reservation, otherwise the system will cancel your reservation automatically.
4. After finishing the payment, please wait patiently until the success webpage pops up. You should click “Accommodation order” to confirm the completed order with a successful payment.
5. You are recommended to use FireFox Explorer or Google Chrome to make reservation and pay the accommodation fee. You could refresh the webpage or change other web explorer if webpage errors occurs.
D. Other Important Information
1. In principle, academic students must live on campus. Please make sure to book the room in time.
2. If you fail to make on-line accommodation reservation in time, your check-in will be affected, and you will be responsible for the problems and extra expenses arising therefrom.
3. For the scholarship students, whose accommodation fee is included, should be responsible for the housing by yourself if you arrive earlier than the registration date.
4. School of International Education (SIE) do not provide family accommodation.
5. You will be arranged into a similar room by SIE in case of the room you reserved with some special situations.
6. The student with successful reservation is not allowed to change to another room.
7. The participation of the reservation indicates you are fully aware of and accept all accommodation regulations and policies of XJTU and you are required to sign a housing contract with XJTU prior to the payment.
8. West 13 Apartment of Xingqing Campus is undergoing renovation. It is expected to be ready for occupancy on September 15th. Students who choose to stay in Apartment 13 will temporarily stay at NanYang Hotel (Double room) after registration. Then they will be moved into Apartment 13 uniformly.
