The Xi’an “Five Central Asian Countries” International Student Education and Training Program Scholarship supports eligible international students who are citizens of one of the five Central Asian countries, are in good health, abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and demonstrate good moral character and a positive attitude toward China.

The scholarship funds are intended to be used for tuition fees, accommodation fees, living allowances, medical insurance, residence permit fees, and international travel expenses, and other related expenses.

Application Requirements:

1.Applicants must be citizens of one of the five Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan) and hold a valid ordinary passport.

2.Academic and age requirements:

lDoctoral programs: Applicants must hold a master’s degree and be under 40 years of age;

lMaster’s programs: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years of age;

l“1+4” Foundation- Bachelor Program: Applicants must have an education background equivalent to Chinese senior high school graduation and be under 24 years of age.

3.Applicants must meet the admission requirements of their chosen XJTU programs and submit their applications online within the designated application period, following the instructions provided in the relevant admission brochures.

Before enrolling in an undergraduate program at XJTU, students must successfully complete the pre-university foundation program and take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA).
