REGISTRATION

Procedure:There are three campuses in Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xingqing Campus, Yanta Campus and iHarbour.

1. International Students majored in Medicine or Finance and Economics need to register at Yanta Campus.

Address: School of International Education, No.76 West Yanta Road, Yanta District, Xi'an

2. Some international students need to register at Xingqing Campus, please refer to Admission Notice.

Address: Ninth Floor, Shawn Building A, No.28 West Xianning Road, Beilin District, Xi'an

3. Some international students need to register at iHarbour, please refer to Admission Notice.

Address: Room 2096,Building 1, iHarbour, Road Xuesen, Chang'an District, Xi'an

Degree Students, Exchanging Students, General Scholars

Language Students, Confucius Institute Scholarship Students

-Please check in accommodation first if you reserved a room.

-Submit documents to your instructor.

-Pay tuition and accommodation fees. 

-Prepare for physical examination

-Collect Student ID and obtain Student Card

-Obtain student booklet

-Enroll at your academic schools

-Apply for residence permit

-Take the placement test

-Apply for residence permit

All students have to register on the registration date on Admission Notice. Students must bring the following documents to register:

1.Admission Notice (original copy)

2.Visa Application for Study in China form (JW201/JW202 form) (original copy)

3.Physical examination record and blood test reports (original in Chinese/English, if available)

4.Passport and valid visa

5.2-inch photos (at least 5 copies)

Please keep in mind that no one can register on your behalf. Students must have paid up their tuition payment by the end of the day of registration. Otherwise, the registration process cannot be completed.

Those who will be arriving late must email to the contacts on Admission Notice and clarify the reasons. If students have not registered after 2 weeks since the registration date, they will be dismissed by university.
