Notice on summer vacation of 2023

All international students:

According to the university calendar and therelatedarrangements, the notice on summer vacation is as follows :

1. Schedule

Time for vacation: July 24 -- September 3, 2023.

Registration for new semester:

Xingqing Campus: West 13, 8am--12pm, 14:30pm to 18:30pm, Spet. 3^rd , 2023

Yanta Campus: office yard, 8am--12pm, 14:30pm to 18:30pm, Spet. 2^nd to 3^rd, 2023

Iharbor Campus: B5 dorm, 9am--12pm, 14:00pm to 18:00pm, Spet. 2^nd, 2023

Class starts on Spet. 4, 2023.

2. Registration

(1) Students are required to registerto School ofInternationalEducation (SIE) within the specific time arranged by theuniversity. Those who cannot register within the mentioned time shallask for leavewith application paper to SIE. They can suspend their registration procedures after approval. Those who do not ask for leave or their leave is not approved for more than two weeks will beregarded aswithdrawal from the universityautomatically.

(2) Students entering the country for the first timeshall register forthetemporary accommodation within 24 hours. On-campus studentsregisterin the dormitory,while students living outside shall register to the local police station..

Students shall follow theofficial Wechat account of "陕西国际旅行卫生保健中心" to make an appointment for medical examination.

Within 30 daysupon arrival, students shallapply for residence permit at their instructors withthe medical report andtemporary accommodation registration form .

3.Reminder

Please abide by Chinese laws andregulations, anduniversity rules. Those who violatethem and are punished by the public security or judicial departments shall be given severe warning or even expulsion fromthe university based on the seriousness of their circumstances.

Students leave Xi 'an shall report to their instructors in advance and sign the vacation commitmentformbefore leaving. They shall pay attention to their safety and return to university on time.

Students who stay in Xi’an during the vacation shall also pay attention tothesafety. It’s strictly forbidden to use illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory. It is forbidden to returndorm after 23:30pm. Lock the door while going out and take along with valuables.

If you have any questions, please contact the instructors. Theuniversity has arranged one teacher on duty 24 hoursevery day. If there is an emergency, please contact the teacher on duty.
