Dear 2025 International Students,
In accordance with the Implementation Plan for the Education of New International Students at Xi’an Jiaotong University and to enhance the university international management standard. The School of International Education has invited teachers from the Academic Affairs Office to deliver this lecture. This session aims to help new international students familarise themselves with the academic affairs management system and the Credit requirement.

Participants: All 2025 undergraduate students
This lecture is mandatory part of the new student education program. All 2025 international undergraduate students are required to attend punctually.
Note: Attendance will grant 8 extracurricular credits, “ School Discipline and Academic Regulation” and “Use of the Academic Affairs system.
