Dear International Freshmen,
Since January 2020, China is combating against the pneumonia epidemic of novel coronavirus. Considering health of all the new international students, in accordance with the arrangements by the Ministry of Education and by the Shaanxi Provincial Government, our university decides to postpone the registration time of freshmen for all international students in the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year. The exact date for the start of the registration time will be further noticed separately.
