Dear international students, and all the staff of School of International Education，
Currently, the recent wave of pandemic in Shaanxi Province is still in a phase of rapid change. The pandemic prevention and control work is still in serious situation. In this fight against the pandemic, every person in SIE should be brave, strong, and courageous! Hereby, the following proposals are issued to all international students and staff of SIE:
(1) Strength your determination of winning
Please be fully aware of the seriousness and complexity of the current situation, and please strictly comply with the multiple pandemic prevention regulations of the government and the University. Please build a high sense of the concept of “One should be responsible to their own health and be the first firewall protection for their family health and the society”. Believe in the Chinese government, believe in the University, unite as one, make all-out efforts and fight bravely to safeguard the stability of the campus and the safety of students and teachers.
(2) Cooperate actively with the pandemic prevention
Please strictly comply with the pandemic prevention regulations of the University, take the required nucleic acid test, and make timely and accurate “Daily Report of Health”. Students who live on-campus and off-campus should strictly implement the leave approval process. Unless necessary, students who live on campus are not allowed to leave the university. Minimize movement on campus, students living off campus are not admitted to campus unless necessary. Staff should not leave the residential community or attend the University unless the work requires. Pay close attention to the personal health code changes, actively cooperate with pandemic investigation, flow investigation and other prevention and control work.
(3) Protect comprehensively
Always maintain personal protection awareness, wear face masks properly, and maintain social distancing. Implement personal protective measures, wash your hands regularly, ventilate frequently, do not gather, and use serving chopsticks. Actively cooperate with the requirements of the pandemic prevention department, University, and residential communities. Nucleic acid test should be done on time and in time to enhance preventive. Maintain good hygiene habits, healthy lifestyle, and take proper exercise to strengthen your body’s resistance.
(4) Devote proactively
Party members should take the lead in implementing the requirements of pandemic prevention and control; stand up in this critical and difficult moment and take the lead. Actively participate in this war against pandemic, earnestly safeguard the life and health of teachers and students, and the overall development and stability of the University. International students are encouraged to join the student volunteer team and participate in the University’s pandemic prevention and control work. We should unite as one, overcome the difficulties together, actively contribute your strength in building a community with a shared future for mankind.
(5) Do not believe rumors, do not pass rumors
Facing this serious situation of the pandemic prevention and control, we must keep a clear mind, and improve self-ability to distinguish right from wrong. Keep abreast of pandemic prevention and control information that released by reliable media. Believe in the power of science, do not believe in rumors, do not create one or spread any. Spread positive energy actively and work together to create a positive public opinion atmosphere of the fight against the pandemic.
