Introduction to the Speaker:

Shu Chengli, Professor and PhD Supervisor, is a recipient of the National Young Talents Support Program and Xi'an Jiaotong University Young Top Talents Program (Category A). He currently serves as Associate Dean of the School of Management at Xi'an Jiaotong University, Director of the Marketing Department, Director of the Business Innovation and Organization Management Research Institute, and Director of the International Programs Center of the School of Management.

His research interests primarily include corporate digital strategy, product development and innovation, and marketing management strategy. He has published over 60 academic papers in both Chinese and English journals, including: Journal of Product Innovation Management,Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice,Journal of International Marketing,Journal of Business Ethics,Technovation,IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
