In order to help international students relieve stress and soothe their moods, the School of International Education has invited Ji Jiaojiao, the teacher fromXJTUCenterfor Student Psychological Development, to give us an "OH Card Self Exploration Journey" group counseling activity. We welcome everyone to participate. OH card is a tool based on psychological projection theory, mainly used for subconscious exploration and self-awareness. Its core value lies in stimulating creativity, awareness, and emotional management abilities through the combination of images and words.
