Important Notice on Updating Passport and Visa Information for International Students

To All International Students,

To ensure accurate information for the processing of visa-related documents, the Introduction Letter for Non-Criminal Record, and temporary residence registration, all international students must log in to the XJTU International Student Integrated Service Platform (http://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login) to check and update your passport and visa information by March 20.

Procedure: Log in to the Xi’an Jiaotong University International Student Integrated Service Platform (http://isso.xjtu.edu.cn/admin/login). Navigate to"Passport Change" and "Visa Change"under Student Affairs to verify and update the relevant information. Detailed instructions are provided in the attached figures.
