According to the work demand, we are now recruiting 9 International students for the work-study program. The details are as follows:
I. Requirements
1. The program is open to all international students;
2. Hardworking and eager to learn, down-to-earth and well-behaved, have a sense of responsibility and take initiative, would love to interact with Chinese and international students;
3. Applicants shall have sufficient spare time, be willing to make contributions, and be able to balance between study and work;
4. Applicants who are in financial difficulties are prioritized.
II. Recruitment Positions
See Appendix 1.
III. Allowance and Assessment
1. Applicants shall work for 6-8 hours per week and 30-40 hours per month. The allowance will be paid by the hours of work. The teacher in charge will fill in the monthly work assessment form to determine the workload and the amount of allowance every month.
2. A monthly assessment system will be applied. Those who pass the assessment can continue the work; those who fail will cease to work.
IV. Application Procedure
1. Registration
Download and fill out the Application Form (Appendix 1) and email it to zhangala@xjtu.edu.cn before 24:00 on March 22, 2026.
2.Interview
The corresponding school/department will organize an interview after the registration deadline to determine the list of final candidates and organize training. Those who pass the assessment will be officially recruited after passing 1-month of training. The time and place of the interview will be announced accordingly.
