Scope of Students Required to Undergo Medical Examination at the University Hospital:
1. New international students enrolled in the spring semester holding an X2 visa；
2. New international students who completed their previous study stage within China and did not exit the country to reapply for entry during that period.
Other students are required to complete their medical examination at the“Shaanxi International Travel Healthcare Center”.
Location of Medical Examination:
University Hospital, Xingqing Campus. Located within Xi’an Jiaotong University’s Xingqing Campus, south of Zhongying Academy and north of the Hot Spring Bathhouse. Entrance can be accessed via the East Gate of Xi’an Jiaotong University Hospital.
Time of Medical Examination:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Please come on an empty stomach.
Required Documents:
Please be sure to bring your student ID card. Register and pay at the front desk of the Medical Examination Center on the first floor of the Xingqing University Hospital, and complete the examination there.
Medical Examination Fee:
Please refer to the on-site notice for the fee. Payment can be made via WeChat Pay or Alipay on-site, so there is no need to prepare cash in advance.
Important Notes:
1. You must fast (no food or drink) for 4 hours before the liver function blood test. (It is recommended to come on an empty stomach on the morning of the examination, or plan your fasting time in advance.)
2. The examination includes a“Tuberculin Skin Test”. You must return to the hospital 48-72 hours after the test to have the results read. Students can go to the outpatient clinic of their respective campus (either Iharbour or Xingqing) to have the results checked.
3. Three working days after having the Tuberculin Skin Test read, you should go to the front desk of the Medical Examination Center on the first floor of the Xingqing Campus University Hospital to collect your paper medical report. Please submit this report to your advisor by Friday, March 27th.
